Errantes o Peregrinos

Es difícil explicar la existencia de un errabundo, en especial cuando se trata de explicarla o más bien justificarla a uno de ellos. Un errante, puede ser cualquier criatura, no poseen distinción de especie, de mundo, de tiempo o espacio; la única limitante, por fortuna, es que existen pocos de estos individuos.

A lo largo de los años se ha hablando de almas compañeras, las cuales se encuentran en esta vida, con el fin de aprender, enseñar o ambas tareas, con la idea romántica de que estas relaciones a veces son eternas y otras veces, solo son pasajeras; que las almas crecen, aprenden y después se despiden para continuar su camino con otras almas…, por lo que uno no debe sentirse mal al despedirse en su largo camino. Sin embargo ¿qué hay de aquellas almas que han nacido y viven añorando la cercanía, el amor, la confianza en otros? Aquellas almas solitarias de los errantes, que están destinados a ser siempre un alma compañera pasajera, a ser olvidados y superados una vez que su enseñanza ha sido transmitida o su lección aprendida, aún a pesar de sus más grandes esfuerzos, aún a pesar de poner toda su voluntad en evitarlo, aún a pesar de tener la naturaleza más leal existente.

Estos individuos no se saben errabundos, después de todo, no parecen diferentes a cualquier otro a simple vista, pueden tardar años sin averiguar su verdadera identidad o incluso, pasar toda su vida sin saberlo. Los errabundos son excesivamente idealistas y frecuentemente de naturaleza bondadosa, pero no hay que confundirse; en ningún momento debe creerse que son sabios desde el momento en el que nacen o incluso que los errabundos viejos lo son; es cierto que parecen tener un sentido natural muy fuerte, pero es muy probable que incluso tiendan a ser seres más inmaduros emocionalmente que el resto de las criaturas por la dificultad que encuentran para adaptarse a este mundo y a las continuas desilusiones que experimentan; por lo que estas singulares criaturas, de espíritu tan frágil como el cristal, están destinadas a encontrarse e interactuar con otros, generalmente en situaciones difíciles, en relaciones tormentosas, llenas de dificultades y fuertes emociones para crecer, aprender y enseñar lo que han aprendido; las cuales no muy rara vez, terminan ocasionando dolorosos abatimientos al errante, al ver partir, una vez más, libres a estas almas con las cuales habían formado un lazo tan fuerte.

Los errantes en general poseen una naturaleza positiva en el fondo, por lo que en general son amables con todos los demás, lo cual los hace parecer muy sociables, sin embargo, en realidad abren su corazón a un limitado número de personas, ya que al hacerlo, forman un lazo tan fuerte, que fácilmente podría compararse con la lealtad de un perro faldero por su amo. Tales características los convierten en criaturas: solitarias, tímidas, temerosas y que sufren problemas de autoestima frecuentemente. Si un errabundo alcanza la madurez completa, se dice que trasciende a un grado de amor universal, en el cuál es capaz de entender su misión como maestro y eterno espectador, sin embargo, son muy pocos los que triunfan en esta empresa, la mayoría de los errabundos, a una edad temprana, se hallan en un mundo tan agobiante emocionalmente, que se convierten en seres solitarios, hoscos y cínicos o peor aún, aquellos que llegan a descubrir la existencia de su tipo y entienden la cruda realidad, se desmoralizan de tal modo, que se alejan de todo contacto externo o enloquecen al entender su destino de soledad eterna.

Sin embargo, existen leyendas de unos cuantos errantes afortunados, que el destino ha premiado, haciendo que se hallen dos del mismo tipo, únicos seres capaces de entender la desdicha uno del otro y así, de permanecer y compartir la vida finalmente junto a alguien eternamente, como fiel amigo o pareja.

Errands or Pilgrims

It's hard to explain the existence of an errand, especially when trying to explain or more so, justify it to one of them. An errand can be any creature, it poses no distinction of species, world, time or space; the only limitation is, by fortune, that there are few of them.

Through years people have talked about companion souls, which find themselves in this life, with the goal to learn, teach or both tasks, with the romantic idea that this relationships are sometimes eternal and other times, they are simply fleeting; that souls grow, learn and then say goodbye to continue their path along with other souls..., so one shouldn't feel sad to say goodbyes in their long road. Nevertheless ¿what happens with the souls that were born and live hoping for closeness, love and trust in others? Those lonely souls of the errands,  that are destined to remain always a passenger companion soul, to be forgotten and overcome once their teaching has been transmitted or their lesson learned, no matter how hard they tried, even when putting all their efforts to avoid it, even when having the most loyal existent nature.

This individual don't know they are errands, after all, they don't seem different than anybody else, they can spend years without knowing their true identity or even live their entire life not knowing. Errands are excessively idealist and frequently of a kind nature, but don't be mistaken; you should never believe they are wise from the moment they are born or even that the old ones are; it's true that they seem to have a very strong natural sense, but it's quite probable that this beings tend to be more emotionally immature than the rest of creatures because the difficult they find adapting in this world and the continuous disillusionments they experience; therefore this peculiar creatures, of a spirit so fragile as crystal, are destined to find and interact with others in difficult situations, generally, in stormy relationships, filled with difficulties and strong  emotions to grow, learn and teach what they have learned; leaving often the errand with low spirits, as the watch leaving, once more, those souls that had built such a strong bonds with them.

Errands generally poses a positive nature, therefore they tend to be kind with everyone, which makes the appear social, but in reality, they open their heart to a limited number or people, because doing it, means  creating a bond so strong as the one a lapdog has with it's master. Such characteristics make them into: loners, timid, frightful and frequently creatures with issues of low-esteem. If an errand reaches whole maturity, it's said that they transcend to a degree of universal love, in which they can understand their duty as teachers and eternal spectators, nonetheless, there are few that  are successful in this enterprise, most of them, on a young age find themselves in such a stifling emotional world, that they become loners, gloomy and cynical, or even worse, those that discover the existence of  their kind and understand the crude reality, feel so devastated that leave any external contact or go mad the moment they understand their destiny of eternal solitude.

However, legends exist of some lucky errands that have been rewarded by destiny, finding one of their own kind, being the only being capable of understanding each other’s misfortune and so, stay and share life eternally as loyal friends or mates.
